My goal is to make a interactive diorama of the Vogon Constructor Ship. It will have a button on the underside that, when pressed, will read vogon poetry, which is the 3rd worst in the universe.
Conceptual precedent
Technical Precedent
Day 1
This is a first model of the Vogon spaceship.
Day 2
A second, much higher quality version of the previous model.
Day 3
I attempted to make a box which the spaceship would be suspended in.
Day 4
I made a recording of the poetry which will be played by a small speaker connected to Arduino controlled by a button.
Feedback Slide
The positive feedback I got was that the recording of the poetry was good and that it was a great idea to use my voice.
The constructive feedback I got was that I need sketches and a prototype, I could add something else that happens during the recording, and I need something more that just a recording
Day 5
I changed the Vogon Ship so it has little hooks that can attach so you can hang it in the air
Day 6
I made a box to hang the Vogon Ship in and painted it.
There is also a funny face on the back that is on every edition of my book.
Day 7
I printed the actual ship and remade the hooks to suspend it in the air because I lost the other ones.
Day 8
I printed the final Vogon Ship. I wanted to print the hooks but the flash forge print failed and I asked Jayden to print it himself.
