I am making the Sorting Hat from Hogwarts School. This relates to Harry Potter by JK Rowling because in the novel it is a symbol of magic that shows who the characters who truly are and which house they will succeed best in.

today I made the brim of the hat. I also got all of the materials for the rest of my hat.

today I made the cone out of paper for my hat. however I had to pivot because it would have had to be a massive piece. Instead I made cardboard supports for the hat then I would cover it with paper.

today I glued my support to the hats. Then I added the paper to cover the supports.

Today I transferred my YouTube video audio to mp3 files. The next step is to get it to where I can play it on an m3 player.

Today I added the eyes and the mouth. I then added paper with paste to it to blend the details to the hat.

some of my growth was to check my Grammar spend time doing the audio, and find out how to use the hat and I have to think about making a document of all the houses.

today I connected the top of the hat to the brim . I did this because if I didn't then the paint will seep through the holes and I also did this because it will make a nicer transition to the brim.

today I painted the hat brown. Now all I have to do is make the tech piece to the hat.

today I finished my Arduino. however The code caused errors so the Tech piece will not work for the project so I will play the audio from my Chromebook. Unfortunately I only have the hat even though I hoped to do more.
