Today I got all the parts glued together although it was tricky to balance it and wait for the hot glue to dry. I also got to paint it silver and use the heat gun. Some parts melted a little bit and got some bubbles. I sanded it all a little bit.
Today I printed this file, and this is the grip. I wrapped yarn around it and painted bits of it gold. I also glued it together so now I just need to sand it for no rough edges. Tommorow I plan to make a sheath
Today I got this file printed and made a stand. The stand is laser cutted, made of wood and has a label saying Thomas's sword. Tommorow I have two more files to print and decorate the grip.
I feel like at this point I am screwed because everything is going in the wrong direction. The 3d printer was not working, even if I finish printing it, it is only 1/5 of the sword.
Today I made a rock for the diorama and forgot to take a picture. The 3d printers were token again which is frustrating. The rock was made of foam with model magic over it. I plan to make more of them and 3d print a light house. Going forward I plan to have my mid review done soon so I can work on my sword and diorama
Today was not very productive, but I might want to make a diorama instead of a lantern because the 3d printers are always occupied and someone used all the model magic. I made some adjustments to the sword but it was not much. Most of today was looking around for people who have model magik
