Ford's factories use Geothermal cooling systems, allowing the machines to be able to run on either ethanol or gas. Ford also owns the worlds largest green roof and is the only company to ever win the EPA Energy Star Award twice in a row.
It is a mobile clinic that incorporates screenings for TB and HIV. It basically allows people to get a general checkup without having to go to the hospital, which can be hard to do.
Timberland helps the environment by employing people to help clean up the environment. Each year they host an Earth Day event in April. Around 300 employees come together to complete 7 service projects. One of the many projects included reviving the Salisbury Dog Park and Rail Trail.
