I think two things that our group did well were coming up with an idea and keeping the project simple. We came up with our idea relatively quickly, allowing us to maximize our work time. In addition, by keeping the project simple, we needed less time to complete the project.

However, I think two things that our group could have improved were teamwork and creativity. When we were working, we were working together on the same thing, where we could have done separate things and worked more effectively. Since we weren't working effectively enough, we weren't able to finish our project. Our team also lacked creativity. Our project was simple: connecting tracks using tape. Especially our moving piece needed improvement, as it was a small piece of cardboard taped onto the track.
