Two things that went well in our project were that we listened to each other's ideas and tried our best to integrate both of our ideas to make it work, and try to make it aesthetically pleasing. We initially wanted to make a giant track out of many halves of PVC pipes, but cutting the pipe took a long time, and we had to improvise a bit and do some math to make the 4 halves fit the 3 foot requirement.

Something we could have done better is allowed ourselves a bit more time to think about whether the project is too ambitious for the time restraints and whether the pulley system we designed would actually work or the knot in the ribbon would affect it from moving.
