I am making a Board game

This will relate to The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. It will show a big scene from the lion the witch and the wardrobe sublimated onto the center and you pull cards to play on the spaces. You get around the board to win.

My project is a realistic model of one of the main locations of my story. There is a Missing wall allowing for people to see the inside of the house. I will use details from the book to make it look as realistic as possible

My conceptual precedent was Mucklethrift Manor from the book. I thought that all the details were really cool. This gave me the idea to model it for my Fessy Con project.

My technical precedent was Barbie Dreanhouse. I was inspired by the idea of being able to look into the house. This inspired me to have a missing wall so people could see all the cool features inside.

Day 2 supplies came/ printed the box. So I can decorate it tomorrow.

Put vines on all the trees and just decorated what I would put in the box

Day 3

Started to deocrate box and make what I would put on the outside of the box.

Day 4

Finished putting all the trees/ vines in the box and now I just need to put the forest pictures on the inside and decorate the outside/ put leds and make the characters.

Since I am making the

broomstick at home I made a

template for the broomstick

so I can easily cut it out with

the wood

On day 3 I did not get much done because I needed to print something but there was a long line and I didn't get much done. So i had to find a better idea to just use a cardboard box because there was tons of cardboard in the CCI

on day 4 i lost my map and most of the period I was looking for it.

after I knew it was lost i started working on the new map but it did not look good and it was not close to done. I decided that I should do it on the weekend because I had more time.

On day one I made the made the map because my dad did not have enough time to teach me how to use the power tools.

I made the map with 2 pieces.

I also have a box to hold it up so i got a big plastic storage bin to put my map on.

day 6

on day 6 I did one part of the two things to make the broom. I did the broom part with all of the sticks by making a mat of them to rap around a 2 pieces of Styrofoam so i did not have to fill in the whole back end. I also painted the Styrofoam brown so it would not stick out as much.

On day 7 I could finally make the broomstick. since cutting the out the template was dangerous my dad did that but after it was cut out I cut it down to have more of a rounder shape to it

after that I made the little gold rings around the broom with metal bands that I spraypainted with

after the broom was round enough I painted it a cool reddish brown color

Day 7 part 2

After it looked to us that the broom was done the back broke apart because the wires on the back were not strong enough. It was a complete mess and me and my dad together re wired the broom with more wire.

For my project, I am creating a card game based on the book When You Trap a Tiger. To win you need to get three scenes. you get scenes by playing different types of cards.

Final project

In my project I will be building an animal called a mist-maker. A mist-maker is a little white fuzzy creature that looks like a baby seal. The reason why it is called a mist-maker is because when it hears music it sighs, and when it sighs, it lets out a lot of mist and fog.
